Zubics Global Ventures And ASPMISS Feud: How Not To Mortgage Your Conscience.

Our attention has been drawn to a release credited to one Mr. Chidike Nwosu, the Abia State Passengers Integrated Manifest and Safety Scheme’s Director of Finance in regards to the ongoing selfish game of his Boss, Mr. Ezinwa Abiri whose building project in the village is more important than the lives of Management and Staff of the agency.

In the side release Mr. Chidike denied that the agency didn’t enter into any agreement or contract with Zubic Global Ventures, but Azubuike Erondu. How not to play smart. So a Government Agency agreed with an individual? What a senseless Civil Servant.

We as a body have concluded our independent verifications, did our checks and balances, and came to the following conclusion and resolution:

*That the management of ASPMISS on 28th of May 2020 entered into a contractual agreement with Zubics Global Ventures in which an initial payment of #13,500,000 was made to cover the period of their contract for the year 2021 and an outstanding balance of #1,500,000 which was later fulfilled.

*That Mr. Nwosu Chidike on February 24th, 2020 received the sum of 10 million naira from Zubic Ventures as part payment.

* That Mr. Ezinwa Abiri should as a matter of urgency withdraw himself from a show of shame which he is lurking around him already.

* That Mr. Ezinwa Abiri out of his greed and love for money has mortgaged Abia State Integrated passengers Manifest and Safety Scheme till 2022, as he has auctioned all the Agency revenue point till 2023 in his bid to complete a building project that is above his income.

* That Mr. Chidike Nwosu on his part should be shown the way out of ASPMISS as he is among the group that brings the Agency to its knees.

We call on the Governor of Abia state to save the only parastatal in the state as at the time of Dr. ACB Agbazuere who was taking care of their salaries before the 24th of every month.

We also want to bring this to the notice of the Governor that for ASPIMSS to pay salary, it will need an external loan. It can only take God’s intervention before they could be able to pay December’s salary.

We demand an immediate sack of Mr. Ezinwa Abiri to save ASPIMSS from a very big shame.

Signed:
