MEETING: Eze Nmerengwa thanks Gov Otti for hosting South East Council of Traditional Rulers
The first Deputy Chairman, Abia State Council of Traditional Rulers, Eze Nelson Nmerengwa has appreciated the Governor, Dr. Alex Otti for playing host to the meeting of the South East Council of Traditional Rulers held last Tuesday in Umuahia.
Eze Nmerengwa who spoke with Crystal News correspondent shortly after a meeting of the State Council of Traditional Rulers held at Ovu Ndi Eze at the JAAC Building, Umuahia, commended the Governor for not only hosting Ndi Eze South East but for personally being present to declare the meeting open.
He added that the Governor by this gesture had once again demonstrated his love and regards for the traditional institution.
The Monarch who is also the Chairman of Oha Ngwa Traditional Rulers’ Council and the Traditional Ruler of Isieketa Ancient Kingdom in Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area, further lauded the Governor for accommodating Ndi Eze in Executive offices at the newly completed JAAC Building and for his commitment towards their welfare.
The first Deputy Chairman pointed out that Ndi Eze in Abia are happy with the Governor’s traditional rulers’ friendly administration and lauded him for completing and commissioning the JAAC Building and other numerous projects in the state.
