An Isialangwa South born Businessman and Estate Manager, Chief Iheanyi Achoromadu has officially declared his interest to serve the good and industrious people of Isialangwa South Local Government Area as chairman if elected into office come December 19th.
Chief Achoromadu who stated this at the PDP Secretariat Omoba in Isialangwa South L.G.A disclosed that his interest to contest for the office of the Executive chairman of the council is to consolidate on the state governments efforts in the overall development of the state as well as bring down dividends of democracy to the grassroot.
The Estate Manager who hails from Umunkpeyi Nvosi and a one time secretary in the council appealed to the people of Isialangwa South to rally round and support him emerge victorious at the forthcoming L.G.A polls.
In his remark, the PDP Chairman Isialangwa South Local Government Area, Sir Edwin Ihejirika assured Mr Iheanyi Achoromadu of their undivided support, urging him to look into the challenges facing the council and commit his aspirations to God.
Also speaking, the Council woman leader, Mrs Beatrice Ogbonna and the L.G.A Party Youth leader, Chief Donatus Orji while enumerating some of the challenges facing the council, assured him of their unflinching support as well as urged him to keep to his promises to the council when elected as chairman.
The event attracted major stakeholders and PDP stalwarts in the council.
