Honesty, Transparency And Accountability Remains Our Watchword – Pastor Ajagba
The Chief of Staff to Abia State Governor, Pastor Caleb Ajagba has restated Governor Alex Otti’s determination to continue to make honesty, transparency and accountability the watchword of his administration.
Pastor Ajagba who stated this at Government House Umuahia, when he received the Executive of Oha Ngwa Traditional Rulers Council, led by the Chairman, Eze Nelson Mmerengwa, reiterated that Governor Otti is in office to redefine governance.
The Chief of Staff to the Governor disclosed that the present administration in the state is focused on transforming positively critical sectors including health, education, construction and reconstruction of roads, better renumeration for traditional rulers, improved workforce to enhance productivity, improved security for ease of doing business among others.
He thanked the traditional rulers for the quantum of love and support they are giving to the present administration in the state and assured them of better days ahead.
In his speech, the first Deputy Chairman, Abia State Council of Traditional Rulers and Chairman, Oha Ngwa Traditional Rulers Council, Eze Nelson Mmerengwa lauded Governor Otti for his outstanding developmental strides in all nooks and crannies of the state and enjoined him to sustain the tempo.
Also speaking, Eze O.J Ananaba said they came to thank the Governor for honouring their last Fund Rasing Ceremony held on the 2nd of last month at Ovu Ndi Eze Oha Ngwa in Aba as well as appealed to him to look into the demands of the council.
In a vote of thanks, Eze Chima Kingsley noted that the council is in full support of the present administration and prayed God to continue to grant Governor Otti the wisdom and strength to pilot the affairs of the state effectively.
The visit featured prayers and goodwill messages for the Governor by the Oha Ngwa Traditional Rulers Council.
