Approach The Elections With The Spirit Of Sportsmanship, Ochake Charges Abians

 

The People’s Democratic Party candidate for Isiala Ngwa North State Constituency in the forthcoming general elections, Chief Collins Ugochukwu Iheonunekwu (OCHAKE) has called on Abians to approach the elections with the spirit of sportsmanship.

Chief Iheonunekwu who made the call while featuring in a BCA radio live audience participatory democracy “THE PLATFORM” anchored by Mr Godson Ahuama reiterated that elections shouldn’t be seen as a do-or-die affair.

The Isiala Ngwa North State Constituency Hopeful while enumerating some of his philanthropic gestures including clearing of medical bills for people, scholarship awards to many, provision of jobs to many Ngwa sons and daughters and beyond, building a new  house for an indigent family at Umunna Nsulu, reconstructing a widows house up to standard,  rehabilitation of the Abayi Umugwu Water Project among others promised to expand the good gestures if elected.

Chief Iheonunekwu while promising to bring his vast wealth of experience in the public sector into bare, also disclosed that he is not in politics for his personal aggrandizement but to contribute his quota in the development of Isiala Ngwa North and Abia State in general.

Talking about the PDP Governorship candidate in the state, Chief Collins Ugochukwu Iheonunekwu noted that Prof. Uche Ikonne remains the candidate to beat based on his antecedents, capacity, sagacity, experience and proven track records and stressed the need for all eligible voters in the state to support and vote massively for all PDP candidates at the polls.

Contributing, some callers on the program including Mr Alex Abangwu, Mr Alvan Egeonu, Prince Chidi Ogbuisi (NWA DENCO), Mr ThankGod Ohajuru among others described Chief Collins Ugochukwu Iheonunekwu (OCHAKE) as eminently qualified and their sole candidate for Isiala Ngwa North State Constituency come March 2023 general elections while promising to keep supporting Prof. Ikonne and the party to victory.
