Umuahia, the capital city of Abia State last weekend came alive as “ALOMA EPISTROFI LTD”, a new bakery in town that offers a variety of fresh breads and delightful confections officially opened its doors for business in the state.
Speaking at the grand opening of the bakery located at 25A Ehimiri Housing Estate (First Gate) Umuahia, the CEO of ALOMA EPISTROFI LTD, Mr Uba Anagha Ezikpe assured Abians of high quality products and sustainability.
“Today marks not just the launch of ALOMA EPISTROFI LTD, but the creation of a community space where everyone can come together to enjoy the simple pleasure of good food,” he said.
Mr Ezikpe who doubles as a passionate baker and entrepreneur further emphasized that all the ingredients are organic and are sourced locally to ensure freshness, support the local economy with eco-friendly packaging.
In his words, “We want to set an example for responsible baking that honors our environment and supports local farmers.
“We believe in the importance of community, and that starts with the ingredients we use. By partnering with local farmers, we’re not just baking bread, we’re building relationships,” he explained.
He further disclosed that apart from baking different sizes of tasty breads, they also make cakes, Egg rolls, Meat and Fish Pies, Sausages, Donuts etc.
Guests at the event including Old Students of FGC Ohafia (Mr Uba Anagha Ezikpe’s Alma Mata) while savoring an array of pastries, breads, and custom cakes, congratulated Mr Uba Anagha Ezikpe for achieving the feat and prayed for more of God’s blessings upon him.
