Agbazuere Appreciates God For Healing Wife

It was an atmosphere of joy, praise and thanksgiving unto God as family, friends and well-wishers gathered to thank God for saving the wife of the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Lolo Onyinyechi Agbazuere from a sickness that lasted for two years. 

Speaking at the Bible Redeemed Mission Church,Mgboko Afara in Umuahia North LGA, the Governor, Dr Okezie lkpeazu said he is joining his Chief of Staff, Associate Prof. A.C.B Agbazuere in thanking God for what he has done in their family, describing his strong faith even in the face of a hopeless situation as a thing worthy of emulation and commended them for deeming it wise to appreciate God in Thanksgiving.

Dr lkpeazu represented by his Deputy, Sir Ude Oko Chukwu reminded Christians that the secret to success in life is acknowledging God for his mercies and numerous blessings and thanked the church for their prayers for the State and the present administration which has seen them through every challenge, imploring them not to relent in praying for the continued peace and stability of the State and Nation.

In her remarks, the wife of the Governor, Mrs Nkechi lkpeazu represented by the Deputy Governor’s wife, Lady Vivian Oko Chukwu urged the Agbazuere family to continue in their relationship with God for the healing granted their wife and mother and reminded Women to continue to train their children in line with God’s injunctions.

Also speaking, the Chief of Staff to the Governor and husband to the celebrant, Associate Prof A.C.B Agbazuere who was overwhelmed with joy described the healing of his wife as a miracle and grace of God upon her and thanked the Governor, the Church and all for their prayers.

In her testimony, the celebrant,Lolo Onyinyechi Dorcas Agbazuere thanked God for restoring her health back to normalcy when all hope of recovery was lost and appreciated her husband and the Church for their support and prayers. 

In a sermon titled,”Only the living can praise God”, the General Overseer of the Bible Redeemed Mission Church, Mgboko Afara, The Rev. Oliver Ibezim identified praise as key to attracting God’s attention hence the need for all to devote quality time to praising and trusting God for solutions and answers to their prayers. 

The Service which featured donation of wrappers to women of the Church by the wife of the Governor in commemoration of this year’s International Women’s Day, prayers for the State’s leadership and progress of the nation attracted the presence of the SSG, Mr Chris Ezem, the Head of Service, Sir Onyii Wamah, the Deputy Chief of Staff, Office of the Deputy Governor, Sir Don Ubani, the Secretary ALGON, Chief Chima Agbaeze,  Chairman Abia State Traditional Rulers Council, Eze J.N Nwabeke, the DG, BCA Sir Anyaso Anyaso and Management and other distinguished personalities.
