by The Governor, Dr Alex Otti has restated his administrations commitments in ensuring even development of all sectors of the state economy.
Governor Otti who stated this when he received the executive of Dr Alex Otti Support Group at Government House Umuahia, assured Abians of better days ahead.
The Governor represented by his Chief of Staff, Pastor Caleb Ajagba disclosed that cost of properties are fast appreciating especially in Aba, the commercial nerve centre of the state owing to road infrastructures, light-up projects, security and ease of doing business.
The state Chief Executive while describing the group as a formidable force to reckon with, also commended them for their support during and after the elections, urging them to sustain the tempo.
In his address, the executive secretary of Dr Alex Otti Support Group, Comrade (Barr) Chile K-M.I, lauded Governor Otti for his infrastructural strides across the state, passion for excellence, sincerity of purpose, administrative acumen and solicited partnership with government to enable them function effectively.
In a vote of thanks, Chief Christopher Okonkwo thanked the Governor for keeping to his campaign promises and prayed God to continue to give him the wisdom and strength to pilot the affairs of the state effectively.
The meeting which attracted top government functionaries featured the installation of the Governor’s representative as the Chief Patron of the group and presentation of samples of educational materials to be distributed to schools across the state by the group.
